We require a face mask upon entry, and your temperature will be taken. You will also be asked to sanitize your hands. We only service clients by appointment or approved walk-in via phone or direct message. ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ARE ALLOWED.
Deposits are required and non-refundable. Payment in full is required for services rendered. Your appointment deposit will be applied to your final total.
We do accept same-day appointments. Please check our schedule online for availability, or call us and we'll be happy to accommodate your appointment request if our schedule permits.
When scheduling please add all services that you would like like to have done at your appointment time. We may or may not be able to accommodate additional service requests at the time of your appointment.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late maybe rescheduled if we are unable to accommodate the schedule adjustment. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and appointment depostit and will have to reschedule.
No-show appointments will incur full billed charges for the service booked. There are no refunds for deposits. Repeat No shows clients will be blocked from scheduling future appointments.
